If you try our Yoga Water and find it’s not for you, don’t sweat it! We’ve got you covered.

How It Works

Trial and Honesty: If you’ve tried our Yoga Water and you’re not feeling it, just send us back the remaining packets within 10 days of purchase. We want you to be happy with your choice, and we get that not every product is a perfect fit for everyone.

Condition: While we hope you keep most of the product intact, we understand you need to try it to know it. We only accept returns if there is more than 50% of the packets remaining. 

Initiating a Return

Reach Out: Simply drop us an email at drinkmuv@gmail.com with your order details and share your thoughts. We're here to listen and help!

Send It Back: Once we touch base, you can send the items back to us. We ask that you cover the shipping costs for returning the items, which helps us keep our prices fair for everyone.

Refund Process: After we receive the returned items, we’ll check them out and process your refund straight away. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and we’ll send you a confirmation so you know it’s on its way.

A Few More Details

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions: While we strive to be flexible, as we are a small business. Some items like discounted products or gift cards can't be returned or refunded.
